A downloadable game for Windows

HANCHO is a turn-based RPG operating system that allows you to build and battle teams composed of real-world professionals!

Inspired by online battle systems like Pokemon Showdown, HANCHO puts you in the manager's shoes and lets you customize every detail of your team and its members. After creating the perfect team, you can jump into training to test them against AI opponents, or attempt to climb the office tower! This first demo focuses on the battle system, while the next version will focus on the single player campaign.

I really enjoyed this demo, it's a really fun concept that takes the way games like pokemon are easy to understand and hard to master but adds a really unique flavor to it with the vaporwave look and feel.

Really looking forward to the full release, I can see a huge potential if it the core concepts are expanded upon.

Fun game!

However, I've encountered two issues so far. Once, when creating my team, my keyboard stopped working suddenly and I couldn't do anything. I had to close the program and reopen it. The second time was when I was trying to climb the office tower. The game suddenly crashed and gave me an error code, which I'll post an image of.

The error code.

This game looks great so far! I love how you added so many details into the style of the OS, like the wiki. I created an actual wiki for the game, and I was wondering if you were okay with it. If not, I can take it down upon your request.

that sounds legit! send me that link!

Here you go! It's extremely far from being done, though.

I could make you an admin, if you wanted. Just make a FANDOM account (if you don't already have one), and make an edit on the wiki.

The game just exudes style i really love the art direction, the music is also great but there are a few small issues. The stat's names are pretty un-intuitive it might be better for new player for you to make the stats more obvious e.g. attack and speed, instead of muscle and Hustle.  Also; please let us use the keyboard as a keyboard to name things.

that's strange, keyboard should work to name things. does it not let you type at all?

The art style, music and concept is really neat and gives a unique feel! However, it feels a bit clunky at times when it comes to the arrow-keys only navigation and loading tooltips to tell you what certain elements are. Other than that, it's a really neat concept that offers something unique!

Another thing to add -- got this error after I went to the organization menu for re-ordering people on your team.
